The location in Ginza is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk from Tokyo Station, making it easy to access transportation. The room was quite small, but clean and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful, although I wish there were more laundry machines available during my stay.

Had a fun 5-night fam trip here! Super close to the Ginza metro, which made exploring easy peasy. Staff was super helpful with our WiFi router, and breakfast was just delish, especially the Shabu shabu! Just wish the bathroom could use some freshening up.

Super convenient location in Ginza with easy access to public transport. The Double Room was small but had all we needed, good shower pressure, mini fridge, electric kettle, and bidet. Staff were nice, and housecleaning was quick. Free goodies were a nice touch! Also liked the air conditioning and private bathroom. No noise, just a cozy place.
